Explain the nature and importance of human values in the workplace In the workplace, a person will have to make many decisions some big, and some not so big our values help us with making those decisions.
Being committed in the workplace and being part of the team are important human values that are important in the workplace.
Getting a good education is my most important value.
My grandfather said that education can take me anywhere. Respect for the Hmong culture is my next most important value.
